How will I know which treatment option is best for me?
Please don’t worry – that’s our job! Our dentists will diagnose your issue and propose the best way to treat it during your initial appointment. We always take the time to discuss all the available options with you and work out the best course of action based on your individual needs.
How long will the treatment take?
The length of treatment depends on your individual case and the treatment you need. Dentures typically need two to four appointments to ensure the best final outcome, while bridges are usually completed after two visits. Implant treatment takes a little longer, as healing time for the titanium implant needs to be taken into account. Your dentist will be able to give you an idea of your treatment time at your initial appointment.
Can I combine treatments?
Possibly. Once our expert dentists have assessed you and identified your needs and wishes, we discuss and explain the various options. We are happy to give you all the information to help you decide the best option for you.
Is the treatment painful?
No. We use modern and effective local anaesthetic to minimise any discomfort. You are completely numb and comfortable during dental implant placement or for creating a bridge. If you are particularly anxious about the treatment, we are able to offer sedation to help you feel more comfortable.
