From Uncertainty to Unstoppable 

Layla started with us 18 months ago, commencing her Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship with Bradford College. Like most apprentices, she entered the workplace with big eyes and a desire to learn. Layla has developed in confidence and skill and is now a very competent member of our front-of-house team, through her commitment, determination and practical work experience at our practice.

Whether she’s tending to patients with a big smile, navigating a chaotic schedule, assisting the clinical team, or expressing sincere interest in others, Layla brings care to every interaction. The positive energy she brings, along with her growth as a professional, has truly encouraged all of us!
